The Newly Designed $100 Bills

In the United States of America, they recently got a bunch of new one hundred dollar bills.



The (seemingly) cool thing was that when these bills were released on ,October 8, some of them were worth one thousand dollars! And, it's all because there are currency collectors who would pay for fancy bills.



There are categories like the "low", that being 1 to 100, with an 8-digit serial number (i.e. 00000001 through 00000100),



"solids" like all 3s (33333333),



"repeaters" like 82118211,



and random ones like "pi",



with the most valuable ones being 1...



...which people estimate could be sold for fifteen thousand dollars!!!

Tom Clancy: Real Revolutionists Don't Die

I would want to take a moment to remember Tom Clancy, who died very recently, at the tender age of 66.



Tom Clancy was a renowned author of post-cold war fiction. He also wrote some non-fiction.



His books were constantly #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list.



4 of his books would later go on to be movies. Most notably was The Hunt for Red October with Sean Connery.



Also, a lot people from the newest generation (mostly me) thinks that he made video games for a living, but the reality of that, is in 1996, he helped found a video game studio that made some games based on his stories; some originals.



They would later be purchased by Ubisoft, and Ubisoft has continued putting out games under his name.

Railway Sex

Welcome, Pervs! Let's go to the city of Zaporozhye (don't worry if you had problems pronouncing, you're not alone). There was a pair of Ukrainian lovers that had had a lot of drinks, their blood boiled beyond boiling point, and they resorted to having sex on train tracks.



Personally, I'm always advocating that one shouldn't be on train tracks, unless you are a train. Unfortunately, they weren't aware of this and they began having sex on the train tracks. And, in the heat of the moment, they did not realize that there was a train coming. The sex was deafening. They were hit by said train.



That man is reportedly still alive.

There's now a melancholic meaning to the phrase, "She had a train run on her".

Kerry Washington: A Scandal to the Profession

If you don't know Ms. Kerry Washington, you need to knock yourself.



She's been on Broadway. You might have seen her on movies like Ray.



The Last King of Scotland.



For Colored Girls.



And, of course, Django Unchained.



Most recently, she plays Olivia Pope on the show Scandal, which is fantastic.



If you're not watching it, you need to watch it so we can talk about it.

Basically, anything that delivers more Kerry Washington sexiness is absolutely fine by me.

Huge Hornets Hunting Humans In China!

Very recently, many major media outlets have been reporting that there's a huge hornet problem in China. 21 people (in one province alone) have died as a result of the stings.

A picture of the hornet has been posted. This killer variety being the Asian Giant Hornet. Typically 2.2 inches long, and they attack in swarms!!!



And, hey, if you plan on running, they reportedly can fly at speeds of 25 miles per hour!!!



So, good luck with that trip to China!

Small Pets and Babies

There are actually studies out there that show that Americans have the same amount of empathy for babies, as they do small pets.



They apparently also have more empathy towards these things, as their fellow adult human beings.
